ABOUT

When you come in as a first-time client, we'll take a few minutes to review your medical history, what's going on in your body, and what you're looking to gain from your massage experience. Then, through massage, I'll assess and address any issues that are holding your body back. I combine two approaches in my massage practice: a Western medicine approach built around my extensive knowledge of anatomy and myofascial techniques that break up muscle tissue to promote blood flow and release tension, and an Eastern approach where I intuitively sense through my hands and let them guide me to help your body heal itself.I mostly work with pressure on the medium to deep end of the spectrum.

My massages include stretching and work with range of motion, and I am trained to use various tools including cupping, scraping, cold and warm stones to help get the results you’re looking to achieve. Many of my clients are people who have sought other forms of pain relief from medical professionals to no avail or are looking for alternatives to medication or surgery. I also see many clients who are experiencing tightness from working at a desk or frequent travel, as well as athletes seeking to address injuries or improve their performance. After your massage, I'll recommend stretches or exercises that will support your range of motion and sustainable healing. In addition to my training in therapeutic massage, I am also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Sports Massage, and personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

I'll guide you to the path to feeling amazing.

After working for 14 years in the medical field where I passed out medications and sent patients on their way, I wanted to truly help people and make a more lasting difference in their lives. That's what drove me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.

When you come in as my client, I’m not putting a band aid on your body's issues. My goal is to help your body heal and for you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and alive. I want to keep you moving into your 90’s.

I combine my backgrounds in personal training, sports medicine, and therapeutic massage to help you feel overall improvement in your body, mind, and spirit.

When I'm not practicing massage, I coach a youth football program, and I'm a mom to an awesome kid and a pit bull named Princess.
