What We Do In 90 Seconds

Kristina combines two approaches in her massage practice: a Western medicine approach built around anatomy and myofascial techniques, and an Eastern approach where she intuitively senses through her hands and works to help your body heal itself.

What services do you offer?

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a very relaxing style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved posture, and greater flexibility. When you give us a call, you’ll be connected directly to Kristina, so you can expect immediate attention to your inquiry.

Deep Tissue/
Sports Massage
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. It is also designed for highly active people to address wear on the body, acute and long-term injuries, and to enhance performance and prolong your sports career. This type of massage helps to prevent injury, reduces pains and swelling in the body, relaxes the mind, increases flexibility and range of motion, and dramatically improves recovery rates. Includes cupping and scraping as needed. Book your appointment here.Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you do not become uncomfortable. Soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that are released from the deep tissue during the session

Can you tell me more about your business?

Kristina combines two approaches in her massage practice: a Western medicine approach built around anatomy and myofascial techniques, and an Eastern approach where she intuitively senses through her hands and works to help your body heal itself. Her massages include stretching and work with range of motion, and she is trained to use various tools including cupping, scraping, and cold and warm stones to help you get the results you’re looking to achieve. Whether you’ve tried other forms of pain relief, want alternatives to medicine or surgery, or want to address athletic injuries or even regular muscle tightness, we’ll make sure all of your concerns are addressed and we formulate a plan to get you healthy. We also employ the use of CBD oils for the most effective and natural pain relief for our clients. Kristina Delgado will give you the most relaxing and effective massage while providing you a comfortable atmosphere. We can’t wait to help you feel great and find relief.

I mostly work with pressure on the medium to deep end of the spectrum. My massages include stretching and work with range of motion, and I am trained to use various tools including cupping, scraping, cold and warm stones to help get the results you’re looking to achieve. Many of my clients are people who have sought other forms of pain relief from medical professionals to no avail or are looking for alternatives to medication or surgery. I also see many clients who are experiencing tightness from working at a desk or frequent travel, as well as athletes seeking to address injuries or improve their performance. After your massage, I'll recommend stretches or exercises that will support your range of motion and sustainable healing. In addition to my training in therapeutic massage, I am also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Sports Massage, and personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). When you give us a call, you’ll be connected directly to Kristina, so you can expect immediate attention to your inquiry.
